The theme for the 2013 conference is “COSMETIC DENTISTRY; Where Art Meets Science” Renowned speakers from European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry are scheduled to present this year and are sure to enhance this theme.

You may be aware, that IADSR is one of the leading dental organizations in Pakistan, and one of the fastest growing meetings in the nation. In 2011, over 1500 dentists, team members and dental technicians attended the meeting. In 2012, even when the theme was dental research approximately 800 participants were present. Educational Sponsorship Opportunities

IADSR is one of Pakistan’s top sources for continuing education among dental professionals. Be part of the premier educational programming for cosmetic dentistry by sponsoring a corporate lecture and/or a corporate hands-on workshop.

These educational presentations are described below.

Corporate Lecture-

The corporate sponsored lectures are structured to familiarize attendees with particular techniques or materials in a one-hour lecture format. Lectures will be offered in morning and afternoon sessions on Friday, and Saturday at the scientific session. Attendance for the lecture will depend on room capacity.

Corporate Hands-On Workshop-

Hands-on workshops are designed to familiarize attendees with particular techniques and/or materials in a three-hour hands-on experience. These workshops are offered Thursday through Saturday at the scientific session and attendance is limited. Workshop set up is classroom style, a maximum of 50 participants, but final attendance numbers will depend on room capacity.

Workshops must devote at least 75% of the class time to hands-on clinical applications and sponsors must provide a qualified instructor for every 25 participants.

Presentation & Contract Submission-

The presenter(s) name, title, synopsis, and learning objectives must be submitted with each sponsorship contract. Presentation information must be submitted electronically. Per Board approved policy, the IADSR Professional Education Committee (PEC) has final approval of the corporate presentations. Should a program or speaker be turned down by the PEC, the decision may be appealed to the Board of Directors.

Presentations will be reviewed for program content and program compatibility prior to accepting the sponsorship contract.

 

IADSR Student Scholarship

Invest in the future of cosmetic dentistry. Sponsor a student or students to attend the IADSR 2013 meeting. Eligible undergraduate recipient will receive full tuition, round-trip airfare, and hotel at the annual scientific session. 100% of your contribution will go directly to the scholarship recipient.

 

IADSR Undergraduate Research Competition

Competition has been launched officially in October 2012.

Activities in the Hall for 2013:

This year, we will have a silent auction area and photography booth in the Trade Show Hall. Attendees will have the opportunity to place their bids on outstanding prizes and have their professional individual or group portraits taken throughout the conference during trade show hall hours. We believe these activities, along with all breakfast, breaks and the buffet lunches for dentists and laboratory technicians in the hall each day (now included in their membership), will continue to increase flow in the trade show area and provide great exposure for your company products and services.

Policy on exhibitors attending sessions

Exhibitors registered for the conference are allowed to attend technical sessions, as space permits, at no additional charge, but entrance to any workshops will be at the regular registration fees
